Hey Lovelies!
Four weeks. FOUR WEEKS!! That’s all we’ve got left to cram in the joyous yet hectic task that is Christmas shopping. As the weeks roll on, the bank balance depleting and the ideas of what the heck to buy Aunt Brenda become scarce. Whilst embarking on my own festive shopping mission I’ve come across some amazing deals online, and in-store, especially with Black Friday madness running riot. Urban Decay Naked Smokey Eye Palette for £23.70? Yes please! (And yes I ordered it, it would have been criminal not to). In case like me, you’ve been struggling to find the perfect gift for that preen perfect relation or friend, I’ve listed a few on my favourite stocking fillers, all for under £30. In fact my favourite out of the ten is only £13, so let’s start there…
Marc Jacobs ‘The Sex Kitten’ Makeup Cracker Gift Set – £13 – This cute beauty cracker houses the fabulous Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara (I can say fabulous because I’m currently using and loving it!) and a Le Marc Lip Crème. I’m unsure of the exact shade of this lipstick but it appears to have a subtle rose pink hue. Both of these are mini travel sizes, but perfect enough for someone to discover what might possibly be a new make up obsession!
Bare Minerals Skinsorials Intro Kit – £26 – This is actually on my Christmas wish list after I fell in love with the Skin Longevity Serum. This handsomely reduced skin care kit (normally £39!) contains a cleanser, serum and moisturiser and is available in both normal to dry or normal to combination options. Fab for any Bare Minerals lover out there or even someone looking to explore a new skin care regime.
Urban Decay Makeup Lockdown Travel Duo – £13.50 – A handy little set which contains the ever popular All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray (30ml) and a full size Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion. Great for your handbag, overnight bag or holidays.
Kiko Milano Instant Colour Matte Liquid Lip Colour – £7.90 – Beautifully packaged, 15 colour options and under £10. Described as ‘An ultra-matte liquid lipstick with a fluid, velvety texture, richly pigmented for pure, high-intensity colour’ what’s not to love?!
Lush Shaving Cream – £10.95 – For the man if your life! Boyfriend, dad, granddad or bestie you’ve got their shaving needs covered. £10.95 will buy you a 225g pot, or like I have you can grab a smaller 100g pot to try for £5.95. Light, smooth and packed with natural oils this is definitely one worth picking up.
Urban Decay Lipstick & Lip Pencil Duo – £22 – As a lover of the Urban Decay Vice Lipstick I’d have to say this is a winner. Paired with a complimentary 24/7 Glide On Lip Pencil, pick this set up and you’re good to go. It’s available in a selection of gorgeous shades and will never see you wrong. Plus Urban Decay offer free standard delivery on every order through their website.
Dr Botanicals Body Bars – £9.90 – Currently on sale at almost half the original price and available in five varieties, these exfoliating and cleansing bars are fab to pop in a loved one’s stocking this year. Both Vegan and packed with essential oil these are perfect for any ethical beauty lover.
The Body Shop Activist Shower Gel – £6.50 – Ideal for any gym loving gent. This shower gel is soap free and has a wonderful scent and I repeatedly buy this for my husband as he loves it. This price will get you a 200ml bottle and there are other scents in the range so there’s something for everyone.
theBalm Nude Dude Nudes Eyeshadow Palette – £19.95 – I’ve found this palette on sale over on allbeauty.com. It offers a mixture of 12 matte and shimmer shadows, which range from light cream to deep chocolate shades, with a couple of pretty pink/purple tones thrown in there for good measure. This would make a cracking palette for anyone who’s new to make up, or just loves to rock a neutral eye.
Barry M Coconut Infusion Nail Polish – £4.99 – Know someone who loves coconut? Loves painting their nails? Bingo! Then this is for them. Infused with coconut water and coconut oil, as well as do-good vitamins these polishes are not only pretty, but good for the nails. The shade range is limited to a choice of only ten, but gosh they’re pretty!
So there we have it! Ten gift ideas for the loves of your life, or even you, and something to suit all budgets. Which stocking stuffers have you grabbed this year? I’d love to know!
With Love
